Thank you for choosing Outboard Mart LLC. We offer secure and flexible payment options to make purchasing your new or pre-owned outboard motor as convenient as possible. Once your order is finalized and you have received your shipping quote, you can complete your purchase using any of the methods outlined below.

Available Payment Methods

1. Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin)

We are proud to accept Bitcoin (BTC) as a modern payment method.

  • Process: To pay with Bitcoin, you must notify our sales team at the time of order confirmation. We will generate a one-time crypto invoice with a specific Bitcoin amount and a unique wallet address for your transaction.

  • Important Notes:

    • The invoice amount will be locked to the current USD/BTC exchange rate for a limited time (typically 15 minutes).

    • You must send the exact Bitcoin amount from your wallet to the provided address within this time window.

    • You can acquire Bitcoin via PayPal, Coinbase, Binance, Robinhood Crypto, etc. Read How to Get Bitcoin on PayPal

    • Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, we will proceed with order processing.

2. TransFi

For our international customers, we offer a streamlined payment solution via TransFi, a platform specializing in cross-border transactions.

  • Process: Select “Pay via TransFi” as your payment method. You will be redirected to the TransFi platform to complete the payment in your local currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD).

    After approving your shipping quote, we will generate and email you a secure payment link. Clicking this link will take you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.

           Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most major international debit cards

  • Benefits:

    • Pay in your home currency; TransFi handles the conversion at competitive rates.

    • Often lower transaction fees compared to traditional international bank wires.

    • Faster and more transparent tracking of international payments.

Step-by-Step Payment Process

  1. Order & Quote Confirmation: After finalizing your engine selection, you will receive a formal order invoice and shipping quote via email.

  2. Choose Your Method: Review the invoice and inform your sales representative of your preferred payment method (Bitcoin, TransFi, or Wire).

  3. Receive Payment Link/Instructions:

    • For Bitcoin: You will receive a crypto invoice with the BTC amount, wallet address, and time limit.

    • For TransFi: You will receive a link to complete the payment on their secure platform.

  4. Complete Payment: Follow the instructions provided to finalize your payment within the specified timeframe.

  5. Order Confirmation & Processing: Once payment is verified (instant for cards, upon blockchain confirmation for crypto, upon receipt for wire), you will receive a formal order confirmation and receipt. Our logistics team will then begin processing and crating your outboard motor for shipment.

Important Payment Policies

  • Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received within 72 hours of invoice generation unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid orders may be automatically canceled to release the inventory.

  • Currency: All invoices are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD). TransFi will show you the equivalent in your local currency; Bitcoin amounts are calculated based on the live USD/BTC rate.

  • Fees: There are no additional processing fees from Outboard Mart LLC. Any network fees (for Bitcoin transactions) or currency conversion fees (within TransFi) are the responsibility of the payer.

  • Order Fulfillment: Order processing and shipping begin only after full payment is confirmed and cleared. For crypto payments, this requires blockchain confirmations.
